Wash the potato (3), cut into fine sticks and fry in rapeseed oil (20 ml) in a pan until golden brown and crispy, then drain on paper towels.
Meanwhile, fry the bratwurst (1) in a second pan until crispy on all sides, until it has a great crust.
For the sauce, briefly sauté the tomato paste (50 g) in the frying pan, deglaze with the vegetable broth (50 ml) and stir until smooth.
Stir in the applesauce (30 g) and the curry powder (10 g), simmer briefly until a nice creamy consistency is achieved.
Cut the bratwurst (1) into bite-sized pieces, arrange on a plate, pour over with the hot curry sauce and serve with the fries (3) – meow, a true delight!
