Ingredients

Pizza dough
200  g
San Marzano tomatoes
100  g
Buffalo mozzarella
125  g
Fresh basil
5  leaves
Olive oil
10  ml

Preparation

1

Preheat the oven to the highest setting so the dough gets really crispy – that's the secret to a good crust!

2

Roll out the pizza dough (200 g) on a floured surface until it is round and very thin.

3

Briefly crush the San Marzano tomatoes (100 g) in a bowl with a fork, add a pinch of salt, and spread evenly over the dough.

4

Tear the buffalo mozzarella (125 g) into pieces and distribute decoratively over the pizza.

5

Bake the pizza for about 8 to 10 minutes in the oven until the crust is golden brown and crispy.

6

Immediately after baking, spread the fresh basil (5 leaves) over the pizza and drizzle with olive oil (10 ml) to perfectly release the aromas.
