Ingredients
Preparation
Dice the chicken breast fillet (125 g), peel and dice the carrot (1), finely chop the garlic clove (1), and slice the spring onion (1) into fine rings.
First, heat the sesame oil (15 ml) in a hot pan or wok.
Sear the chicken breast fillet (125 g) in it until golden brown all around and cooked through.
Add the carrot (1) and garlic (1) and sauté briefly until slightly soft but still crunchy.
Now add the cooked rice (150 g) to the pan and mix everything well.
Deglaze with the soy sauce (20 ml) and toss everything on high heat for a few minutes until the rice is slightly toasted.
Mix half of the spring onion (1) into the rice.
Remove the rice from the pan and keep warm.
In the same pan, fry the egg (1) as a sunny-side-up egg until the white is firm but the yolk is still slightly liquid.
Arrange the Nasi Goreng on a plate, carefully place the fried egg (1) on top, and garnish with the remaining spring onion (1). Meow, enjoy your meal!
