Ingredients
Preparation
First, dice the celery stalk (1) very finely; it gives the lobster a great, crunchy bite, meow!
Coarsely chop the lobster meat (150 g) and gently mix in a bowl with the mayonnaise (30 g), lemon juice (1 tsp), chopped celery (1), and chives (1 tbsp).
Now, halve the brioche hot dog bun (1) lengthwise and brush the cut sides with half of the butter (20 g).
Melt the butter (20 g) in a pan over medium heat and toast the bun (1) until golden brown and delightfully crispy.
Finally, generously fill the warm bun (1) with the lobster meat (150 g) and enjoy immediately before the cat steals it from you!
