Ingredients
Preparation
Pan-fry the chicken breast (150 g) until golden brown on all sides, let cool, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Fry the bacon (50 g) in a pan until crispy and drain on paper towels.
Boil the egg (1) for about 9 minutes until hard, chill in cold water, peel, and cut into quarters.
Wash the romaine lettuce (1), spin dry, and cut into fine strips.
Peel the avocado (1), remove the pit, and cut into nice cubes.
For the dressing, vigorously whisk together the olive oil (2 tbsp) and red wine vinegar (1 tbsp) in a small jar.
Arrange the romaine lettuce (1) on a plate and decoratively top with the chicken breast (150 g), bacon (50 g), egg (1), avocado (1), and crumbled Roquefort cheese (30 g).
Finally, drizzle everything with the dressing and enjoy. Meow, bon appétit!
