Ingredients
Preparation
First, peel the potato (2) and the carrot (1) and cut them into uniform cubes. Finely dice the onion (1).
Melt the butter (10 g) in a small pot and sauté the diced onion until translucent.
Add the vegetable cubes and sauté briefly before pouring in the vegetable broth (300 ml).
Let the vegetables simmer gently for about 10 minutes until they are cooked but still firm to the bite.
Now stir in the cream (100 ml) and gently slide the salmon fillet (150 g), which has been cut into bite-sized pieces, into the soup. Let it steep for only 3-5 minutes so the fish remains nice and juicy.
Finally, finely chop the fresh dill (1 bunch) and sprinkle it generously over the soup. Enjoy your meal, wishes your little kitchen-Mila!
