Ingredients
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) and thoroughly grease a small baking dish with some butter (10 g).
Wash the cherries (250 g) thoroughly and carefully remove the pits so your enjoyment won't be spoiled later.
Whisk the eggs (2) together with the sugar (50 g) and the vanilla extract (1 tsp) in a bowl until light and fluffy.
Gradually stir in the flour (60 g) until no lumps are visible – this makes the batter extra fine.
Slowly pour in the milk (125 ml) and mix everything into a smooth, liquid batter.
Distribute the prepared cherries (250 g) evenly in the greased baking dish.
Pour the batter carefully over the fruit and bake the clafoutis for about 30 minutes, until it is golden brown and nicely risen. Bon appétit!
