Ingredients
Preparation
Cut the chicken breast fillet (200 g) into bite-sized cubes, be careful with the knife, paws off!
Slice the garlic cloves (4) into thin slices – the more garlic, the better the flavor.
Heat the olive oil (2 tbsp) in a pan over medium heat and sauté the meat until golden brown on all sides.
Add the garlic (4) and sauté briefly until fragrant, but be careful not to let it turn brown and bitter.
Deglaze everything with the dry white wine (50 ml) and let it simmer briefly until the sauce becomes slightly creamy.
Season with a pinch of sea salt (1 pinch) and finally sprinkle generously with the finely chopped fresh parsley (1 tbsp).
Serve immediately and enjoy – meow, simply delicious!
