Soba noodles

Edamame
80  g
Mango

Preparation

Cook the Soba noodles (100 g) in boiling water according to package instructions, then rinse briefly with cold water so they don't stick.

Briefly blanch the edamame (80 g) in boiling water and then drain.

Peel the mango (0.5) and cut into fine, bite-sized cubes.

For the dressing, mix the soy sauce (20 ml), aromatic sesame oil (10 ml), and fresh lime juice (10 ml) vigorously in a small bowl.

Gently toss the noodles, edamame, and mango cubes together in a bowl.
