recipe.header.titleBig

A grilled panini with green asparagus, prosciutto, and mozzarella is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a quick yet refined meal. As a hobby cook with a love for Italian flair, I particularly adore this combination of crisp, fresh asparagus, savory prosciutto, and creamy, melting mozzarella. This dish is healthy, uncomplicated, and brings the taste of the Mediterranean straight to your kitchen. Since I place great value on quality, we use only absolutely fresh ingredients without any additives for this panini. The preparation is child's play: you don't need complicated equipment, just a good pan or a contact grill and a little attention to detail. The roasted aromas of the grilled bread combined with the tender vegetables and salty ham make for a real taste experience that will delight you. Whether as a quick lunch or a cozy supper, this panini is always a great idea. Grab your favorite fresh ciabatta and let's enjoy this delicious Mediterranean classic together. It's really easy to make, I promise!

1

Wash the green asparagus (4), trim the woody ends, and sauté in a hot pan with some olive oil (1 tbsp) on all sides until al dente.

Slice the ciabatta (1) lengthwise to create a nice surface for toppings.
