Stir the room-temperature butter (30 g) creamy in a small bowl, while I purringly prepare the lime (0.5).
Stir the lime zest (0.5) and the juice of it into the butter (30 g).
Now fold the chili flakes (1 tsp) and a small pinch of sea salt (1 pinch) into the mixture until everything is wonderfully evenly distributed.
Thoroughly clean the corn on the cob (1) of leaves and silk and briefly rinse under cold water.
Roast the corn on the cob (1) on the grill or in a pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes until golden brown all around.
Finally, generously brush the still hot corn on the cob (1) with the prepared lime-chili butter (30 g) and serve immediately – meow, simply heavenly!
