Grilled Feta Parcels with Tomatoes - Simple & Mediterranean

Grilled feta parcels with tomatoes, onions, and herbs are the epitome of relaxed, Mediterranean enjoyment. I love it when fresh ingredients come together in a parcel and unfold their full aroma. This dish is healthy, vegetarian, and incredibly quick to make – perfect for a warm evening on the balcony or as a highlight from the grill. The combination of creamy feta, juicy tomatoes, and the slight sharpness of the onions makes this recipe a true taste experience. You don't need complicated techniques; just chop everything up, season well, and wrap in parchment paper. It's super easy to cook and guaranteed to succeed for everyone. Try it out and bring a piece of vacation right into your kitchen, because nothing beats the freshness of homemade meals. Meow, this is simply a purr-fect dish!
Ingredients
Preparation
First, dice the tomato (2) and the red onion (0.5) finely so that they melt beautifully with the cheese later.
Place the feta (200 g) in the middle of a sufficiently large piece of parchment paper.
Generously distribute the prepared tomato (2) and red onion (0.5) around and on top of the feta (200 g).
Drizzle everything carefully with the olive oil (1 tbsp) and sprinkle the parcel evenly with the dried oregano (1 tsp) and the black pepper (1 pinch).
Fold the parchment paper into a tight parcel so that no juice can escape – this keeps everything wonderfully aromatic.
Place the parcel on the grill or in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes at medium heat, until the feta (200 g) is beautifully soft and warm.
