Thoroughly wash the peach (1) and the strawberries (3), pat dry, and cut into small, bite-sized cubes.

Wash the organic lime (0.5) well with hot water and cut it into thin slices.

Mix the honey (1 tbsp) in a small bowl with a splash of the dry white wine (200 ml) until smooth, so it dissolves better later.

Place the prepared fruits and lime slices into a large wine glass.

Pour the remaining dry white wine (200 ml) over the fruits and stir in the honey mixture.

Top off with the sparkling mineral water (100 ml) and stir briefly.

Finally, lightly press the fresh mint (2 sprigs) between your fingers to release the aroma and garnish the sangria with it.
