First, rub the chicken leg (1) with a little salt and pepper and brown it all over in olive oil (15 ml) in a pan. Meow, make sure it gets a nice crust!

Finely chop the garlic clove (1) and add it briefly to the pan until it smells wonderful.

Now halve the artichoke hearts (3) and add them to the pan along with the black olives (10).

Deglaze everything with the vegetable stock (100 ml), put the lid on the pan, and let it simmer gently over low heat for about 25 minutes until the chicken is butter-soft.
