First, finely dice the onion (1) and press the garlic clove (1).

Season the beef goulash (250 g) with a little salt and pepper and sear it on all sides in a pot with hot olive oil (20 g).

Add the onions (1) and garlic (1) and sauté briefly until translucent and the kitchen smells wonderful.

Cut the tomatoes (2) into small pieces and add them to the meat.

Sprinkle everything with the Herbes de Provence (5 g) and deglaze with the vegetable broth (100 ml).

Place the lid on the pot and let it simmer gently over low heat for about 90 minutes until the meat is wonderfully tender – meow, it's worth the wait!
